This message is for Mr. Powers. I read a review of this book in which it was said one should read "The Stress of Her Regard" first. I planned to purchase the download for my Kindle but found it wasn't available as an ebook. Tim, my friend, how could you possibly not have gotten the rights to this 2008 book back from this book and put it up in the Kindle store, pocketing 70% of the proceeds. You could also create sales synergy between the two books. I also see on Amazon that you have some books out-of-print. This is not to be borne. I read the "click to look inside" portion of "Stress" and was entralled. I woud have bought them all with "one click" as they say if these books been available. Remedy this, man!
