A few years ago I was lucky enough to acquire (from Worlds of Wonder) a couple of gorgeous Berkey pieces which were in fact two (of three) preliminary water colours that he created for this painting. I've no idea where the third one ended up, nor the final artwork for that matter, but the two paintings I have are just wonderful. Some relevant links (courtesy of LOCUS)...
